He is survived by: his wife Patsy Riley Harcourt of Murray; and his children, John Vincent Harcourt (Diane) of La Grange, KY, Edward Charles Harcourt (Rita) of Murray, KY and Ann Harcourt Randolph (David) of Hebron, KY.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
