She is survived by: her son Billy Collins of Murray; her brother E. Wade Underwood of Murray; her grandchildren, Misty Long (Trey) of Murray, Whitney Ballard (Trent) of Murray, Keatyn Collins of Murray and Maggie Collins of Murray; and her great grandchildren, Griffin of Murray, Easton of Murray, Reagan of Murray, Jack Ballard of Murray, Addison Long of Murray, Lita Rhodes, Regina Manis and Leann Lockhart. She is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
