He is survived by: his wife Jamie Haynes (Schrader); his daughter Adriane Stokolosa (Nick) of Almo, Kentucky; his brothers, Hugh Haynes (Judy) of Indianapolis, Mike Haynes (Brenda) of Paducah and John Haynes (Patrick) of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Stokolosa and Evelyn Stokolosa. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
