He is survived by: his mother Virginia Prince Perkins; his wife Rita Matheny Perkins; his children, Gene Wesley Perkins (Donna), Johnathan Perkins (Amy) and Natalie Cherrie Paulson (Joe); and his sister Kathy Stover (Robert). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
