She is survived by: her husband Douglas S. Smith of Murray, KY; and her cousins, Mary Blondi (Bobby) of Benton, IL, Laura Weger of Urbana, IL, Sarah Williams of Benton, IL, Julia Furlong of Benton, IL, Holly McCord (David) of West Frankfort, IL, Judy McCarty-Anderson (Craig) of Dunnellon, FL, Kathryn McCarty-Schwab (Rich) of Concord, CA and Michael McCarty (Terri) of Orient, IL. She is also survived by her mother and her cousins.
