It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Caudill (Murray, Kentucky), born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on January 13, 2019, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Garry Lee Caudill; his stepmother Barbara Caudill; and his stepbrother Billy Worthington. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
