He is survived by: his father David Durham (Nancy) of The Villages, FL; his wife Rhonda Crystal Butler Durham of Murray, KY; his sons, John and Hamp Durham of Murray; and his mothers-in-law, Beverly Paschall of Murray and Betty Butler of Murray.
