It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Kay Erkman of Murray, Kentucky, born in Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on April 10, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilford G. Raney and Maxine Pierson Raney Jones of Carmi, Illinois.; and her stepfather James W. Jones. She is survived by: her husband Edward Ray Erkman; her daughters, Tonia Shaw (John) of Colorado Springs, Colorado, April Hedges (Chris) of Murray, Kentucky, Jeannie Russell (Travis) of Murray, Kentucky and Kathy Colbenson (Eric) of Augusta, Georgia.; and her grandchildren, Rachel Shaw Baldauff, Timothy Shaw, Maxwell, Nickolas Hedges, Lillie, Lorynn, Augustus Russell, Nathanael, Zachary, Elijah, Johnathan and Trinity Colbenson.
