He is survived by: his children, Karla Kai Noffsinger of Franklin, Tennessee and Glenn T. Mitchell (Tammi) of Murray, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Jessica Mitchell, Adam Noffsinger, Allison Noffsinger and Brandon Meadows; and his great grandchild Aubrey Rice.
