He was predeceased by: his parents, Harmon Wilburn and Mildred McDonald (Blevins); his siblings, Linda Sue Heilman and Carl Wayne Wilburn; and his grandchild Robin Casey.
He is survived by: his wife Rowina Lee Wilburn of Murray; his children, James Brian Wilburn (Patricia) of Rowlett, Texas and Cindy Dollarhide (Doug) of Springfield, Missouri; and his siblings, Larry Jeff Wilburn of Fort Smith, Donald Wilburn of Phoenix, Arizona, Patricia Brancati of Prescott, Sharon Adamson of Fort Smith and Caroline Woodward of Porterville. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
