He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd William Boyett and Berley Mae Ashley Boyett; and his siblings, Nancy Langston, Wanda Long, John Boyett and Ricky Boyett.
He is survived by: his spouse Sukanya Boyett; his daughters, Candace Boyett of Maryland, Virginia and Marcia Boyett of Maryland, Virginia; his grandson Jayden Boyett-Roa; and his siblings, Shirley Brown (Leon) of Ft. Smith, Alice Anderson (L. D.) of Osceola, Vickie Hart of Paris, Lisa Burrow of Manilla, Arkansas and Morris Boyett (Sherry) of Paris, Tennessee. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
