He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Loman Bailey and Etheline Kingins Bailey; his wife Dortha Bailey of Murray; his children, David Bailey (Toni) of New Concord, Donna Park (Charlie) of Oakland, TN, Karen Harlow (Danny) of Lakeland, TN and Dr. Elizabeth Bailey-Smith (Steve Smith) of Marion, IL; and his brother Don Bailey (Jean) of New Providence, KY.
