She is survived by: her son Michael Willoughby (Cynthia) of Murfreesboro Tennessee; her grandchildren, Mitchell Willoughby (Emmalee) of Murfreesboro, Lance Willoughby (Heather) of Murfreesboro and Jeffery Willoughby (Heather) of Murfreesboro; her great grandchildren, Ella Willoughby and Olivia Willoughby; and her brothers, Dan McNutt and Ronnie McNutt.
