Foster; his sons, Douglas Davon Ballard of Murray and Ethan C. Tharpe of Mayfield; his grandchildren, Ahnyx Lawrence of Murray and Grayson Ballard of Florence, AL; his siblings, Eva Sue Skinner (late William) of Morganfield, KY, Ann Foster of Murray, Vanessa Burris of Murray, Virginia Daniels (Robert) of Murray, Clarence Grogan (Bernice) of Murray and Thurman H. Foster of Murray; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Grogan of Hendersonville, TN and Sharon Foster. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
