He is survived by: his wife Deborah Hargrove Pemwell; his mother Linda Kay Bess Pemwell; his children, Jessica Rudolph, Michaela Rudolph, Olivia Pemwell and Charles Pemwell; and his siblings, Christine John, Dan Pemwell, Jr. and Steven Pemwell.
