He is survived by: his wife Betsy Whitesell Meade; his sons, Dr. Milton West (Paula) of Paducah, KY and John David West of Mayfield; his stepchildren, Rob W. Meade (Susan) of Redding, CA and Amanda Bell Tossberg (John) of Nashville, TN; his grandsons, Benjamin Milton West (Cherith) of Dallas, TX and John Christian West (Anna) of Pine Mountain, GA.; and his great grandchildren, Leyla Sky Crane and Beau Christian West.
