He is survived by: his wife Amy Bell Hicks of South Fulton, TN; his daughter Abbigail Hicks of South Fulton; and his siblings, Cheryl Hicks of Murray, KY, Melissa Petik of Murray, KY, Rebecca Key of Murray, KY, Debbie Benham of Union City, TN, Tamara Talley of San Bernardino, CA, Robert Hicks of Murray, KY and Michael Hicks of Vandalia, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
