He is survived by: his wife Debbie Boaz of Murray; his daughters, Beth Boaz of Murray, Lynn Boaz (Whitney Jones) of Nashille and Laura Jones (Brad) of Jackson, MS; and his grandchildren, Mavis, Will Henle of Iowa Falls, IA, Bradley, Maggie, Caroline Jones of Jackson, MS and Ari King of Nashville.
