She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Berkley and Peachie Berkley; her husband William Guy McCuiston; her daughter Judy Taylor; and her siblings, John Berkley, Helen Hargrove and Gertrude Pace.

She is survived by: her children, Terry McCuiston (Delana) of Murray, Robert McCuiston (Cheryl) of Benton and Mona Bales (David) of Murray; and her sister Glenace Denton of Jackson, TN. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
