He is survived by: his parents, Jeremy Kirkland of Decatur and Robin Kirkland-Bates (Payton) of New Concord, Kentucky.; his daughters, Kyrsten Kirkland, Callie Kirkland and Kailyn Kirkland; his siblings, Collin Kirkland of Decatur, IL, Madison Kirkland of Decatur, IL, Taylor Dodson of Decatur, IL and AvarLeigh Kirkland of Decatur, IL; his grandparents, Bob, Nancy Payton of New Concord and Vickie Kincaid of Decatur, IL; his uncles, Danny Payton, Dennis Payton and Todd Kirkland; his aunt Amanda Botzum; and his nieces and nephews, Anthony Williams, Westyn Kirkland and Paizlea Kirkland.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Calvert & Wikoff North Chapel.
