She is survived by: her sons, David Smotherman (Judy) of Murray, KY, Steve Smotherman of Murray, KY and Randy Smotherman (Brenda) of Almo, KY; her grandchildren, Jonathan Smotherman (Brooke) of Spring Hill, TN, Mindy Galbraith (Lester) of Union City, TN, Julie Jansma (Tom) of Murray, KY, Nick Smotherman (Kassidy) of Park Hills, MO and Darcie White (Austin) of Murray, KY; and her great grandchildren, Brendan, Braden Galbraith, Lily Grace, Jack, Preston, Connor Jansma, Billy, Waylon Smotherman and Jackson White.
