She was predeceased by: her father David E. Bogard. She is survived by: her mother Joyce Bogard (Lax) of Murray, KY.; her sisters, Lisa Bogard Burkeen (Ronnie) of Dexter, KY and Kim Bogard Jenkins (Kenny) of Puryear, TN; her close friend Mark McIllwain of Almo, KY; and her nieces and nephews, Josh Burkeen (Ashley), Jordan Burkeen (Danyelle) of Murray, KY, Mallorie Hutson (Sid) and Blake Jenkins (Brittney) of Puryear, TN. She is also survived by nine great nieces and nephews.

The family has requested that memorial contributions be made to the Humane Society of Calloway County, 607 Poplar Street, Suite A, Murray, KY 42071.
