She is survived by: her husband Ferrel Miller of Murray; her sons, Kevin Alexander of Cadiz and Kendall Alexander (Kristin) of Bowling Green, KY; her grandchildren, Blaine Alexander (Jordan), Troy Alexander, Blair Alexander and Blake Alexander; her stepchildren, Brad Miller (Kathy) of Murray, Tammie Crouch (Ricky) of Murray and Melissa Green (Dennis) of Murray; her stepgrandchildren, David Crouch (Jenna), Marci Parrish (Kyle), Jay Green, Delissa Mainord (Scott), Josh Miller (Hannah) and Jessica Herron (Chris); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Ellie Crouch, Copeland Crouch, Sophie Herron and Ava Herron.
