He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Dale and Mary Dale; his siblings, Betty, Brenda, Debbie and Donnie; and his wife Mary Beatrice.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bonita Hamilton, Joyce Austin and Jerry Dale; and his children, Kristi Butler (Jeff) and Wesley Dale (Suzan). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Gilbert Funeral Home (117 W Bellville St, Marion, KY 42064). A memorial service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
