She is survived by: her husband Henry Thurby; her children, Tim Vaught of Hardin, KY, Cathy Smith (Mike) of Murray, KY and Ray Thurby (Bonnie) of Aurora, KY; and her sisters, Shirley Hagan of Henderson, KY and Beverly Austin (Jerry) of Hanson, KY. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
