With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Algie W. Graves Jr. of Murray, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 9, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Algie Graves, Sr. and Johnnie Mae Gammons; and his stepfather Wayne Gammons. He is survived by: his great-niece Laila; his children, Shawn Coates and Anna Urquhart; his siblings, Linda Graves and Dwayne Gammons; his grandchildren, Saxony Graves, David, DeShawn Coates, Kalaesha Dillard and Olivia Sibert; his nieces and nephews, Tracy Martin, De'Vin Graves, Brontë Catlett, Dwayne Gammons and Demarco Gammons; and his close friend Willene Anderson.
A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Imes Funeral Home and Crematory - Downtown Murray (311 N 4th St, Murray, KY 42071).
