He is survived by: his parents, Andrew Gullixson and Cindi Petrie Gullixson of Murray; his sister Dr. Ashley Gullixson (Jeffrey Ryan Burton) of Las Vegas, NV; his grandmothers, Glenda Ahrens and Edwina Petrie; and his cousin Justin Wilhelm. He is also survived by aunts, uncles.
