He is survived by: his siblings, Wanda Beasher of Elizabethtown, KY, Roscoe Howard of Munfordville, KY, Donald Lee Howard of Elizabethtown, KY, Roy Howard of Elizabethtown, KY and Cecil Howard (Joena) of Louisville, KY.
