He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ruthford White and Bessie Johnson White; and his sisters, Pearl Martin, Margaret Skelly and Agnes Owens.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Costelow White; his children, Robin White Hockensmith and Troy Thomas White (Cindy) of Horse Cave, KY; his siblings, Mildred Cage of Evansville, IN, Katherine Gosser of Louisville, KY, Sylvia Morganett of Louisville, KY, Geneva Hutchinson of Louisville, KY, Charles White (Judy) of Louisville, KY, Ansel White of Louisville, KY and Douglas White of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, Thomas Hockensmith (Whitley), Nathan Hockensmith (Mallory), Shaun White and Katie White Smith (Brent); and his great grandchildren, Collins Hockensmith and Abigail Smith.
