He is survived by: his children, Teresa Murphy of Elizabethtown, KY, Darrell Murphy (Linda) of La Grange, KY and Jeff Murphy (Cheryl) of Bowling Green, KY; his siblings, Barbara Meredith of Bee Spring, KY and Gerald Murphy (Brenda) of Lebanon Junction, KY; and his grandsons, Derick Murphy, Joshua Murphy and Andrew Kerrick. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
