She was predeceased by: her grandson James Kyle Waddle; and her siblings, Pernie Gardner and Charles Delmer Jaggers. She is survived by: her children, Cathy Hawkins (Paul) and James Allen "Jimmy" Waddle (Joyce Ann); her grandchildren, Daniel Hawkins (Jessamyn), Andy Hawkins, Holli Butler (Caleb), Karisa Waddle, Faith Gaddie (Timmy) and Aaron Gibson (Tammy); her great grandchildren, Emily Grace Hawkins, Madelyn Claire Hawkins, Katie Danielle Hawkins, Lynli Butler, Annabelle Butler, Bradley Gibson, Erin Brooke Gibson and Danielle Evans; her sister Barbara Jean Fryer of Louisville, KY; her sister-in-law Thelma Church of Louisville, KY; and her close friend Jane Wilson.
