He is survived by: his parents, Ralph Parrish and Dawn Dice; his fiancée Elaine Cox of Munfordville, KY; his children, Jaslynn Welton-Parrish and Josiah Welton-Parrish; his brother Zethan Dice; and his stepsiblings, Makaylah and Zack. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brooks Funeral Home (50 Main St, Munfordville, KY 42765). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
