He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Willis and Dordella Haycraft Willis; and his brothers, Oval Donald Willis, Nobel Willis and Ople Bud Willis.
He is survived by: his sons, Buddy Dean Willis (Martha), Eugene Willis, Wendell Ray Willis (Linda Jo) and Chris Allen Willis; his grandchildren, Beth Ann Decker (Justin) and William Chad Willis (Kim); his great grandchildren, Tristian Willis, Meredith Jewell, Trey, Mason and Shooter Decker; and his half-brother Jimmy Willis.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be given to the Old Lonoke Cemetery fund.
