He is survived by: his wife Diana Lou Smith Forrest; his siblings, Frank Withrow Jr. (Vicky), Marvin Withrow of Bowling Green, KY, DeAnna Lewis (Nathaniel) and Sheena Withrow of Bowling Green, KY; and his close friend Danny Jordan. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
