She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Parker and Betsy Mahaffy Parker Mohr; and her brothers, Mike, Jimmy and Gordon Parker.

She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Puckett (William Meredith) of Munfordville, KY and Melissa Horton (Johnathan Arnold) of Bonnieville, KY; her stepson Mark Hall of Cub Run, KY; and her brothers, Lee Parker and Hardin Parker of Louisville, KY.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren;one sister.
