She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Brent Pannell Sr. and Mary Lou Farmer Pannell; her son Jeffrey Lee Fields, Sr.; and her siblings, Julia Alice McCorkle, Dorothy Mae Rucker, Joyce Ann Gibson, Allen Brent Pannell, Jr. and Harry Clayburn Pannell.
She is survived by: her children, Rodney Fields (Kimberly), Karen Harper (Ronnie) and Cindy Pressley; her grandchildren, Heather Fields (Donnie), Jeffrey Fields Jr. (Hannah), Rodney Fields Jr. (Jenni), Casandra Price (Jared) and Brittany Kinsey (Shawn); and her brothers, James Pannell (Ruby) of Cub Run, KY, Bobby Pannell (Betty) of Horse Cave, KY and Billy Pannell (Brenda) of Munfordville. She is also survived by Nieces and nephews.
