He is survived by: his children, Kyle Hornback of Bardstown, KY and Andra Graham (David) of Hammonsville, KY; his siblings, Melva Hatcher of Murray, KY and Lamonte Hornback of Elizabethtown, KY; his grandchildren, Wesley Hornback, Brandon Graham and Bradley Decker; and his great grandchild Charlsa Graham.
