He was predeceased by: his parents, Ecil Bill and Wilma Ruth Priddy Miller; his close friend Flora Alvey; his grandsons, Derrick Shane Miller (Colton Blake Tucker Reece) and Michael Alvey; and his siblings, Billy Eugene, Jerry Thomas, Bobby, Gaines Miller and Bonnie Riggs.
He is survived by: his children, Bucky Miller of Munfordville, David Alvey (Lisa) of Horse Cave and Kim Reece (Scott) of Munfordville; and his siblings, Kenny Miller of Hardyville, Wayne Miller of Bonnieville, Junior Mabe of Rowletts, Donnie Miller of Canmer, Dee Miller of Munfordville, Sue Gossett of Munfordville, Anita Horton of Kessinger and Betty Lou Thomas of Munfordville.
