He is survived by: his siblings, Karen Gaines of Munfordville, KY, Carmon Dixon (Russell), Gary Gaines (Carolyn) and Kenneth Mitchell Gaines; his niece Teatra Davis of Glasgow, KY; his nephew Terrius Gaines (TJ) of Louisville, KY; and his aunt Murlen Brewer.
