He was predeceased by: his parents, Landis Hensley and Gladys Hensley; his daughter Lisa Hensley; his siblings, Golden Keith Hensley, William Alex Hensley, James Thomas Hensley and Martha Sue Hensley; and his siblings-in-law, David Jewell, David P. Yanders, Carl Zimmerman and Faye Hensley.
He is survived by: his wife Orene Templeman Hensley; his children, Carol Fancher of Canmer, KY, Debbie Wells (Donnie), Marilyn Lile (Danny) and Tony Hensley of Hardyville, KY; and his siblings, Mattie Jewell of Canmer, KY, Vivian Heath (Bill), Frances Zimmerman, Jane Yanders (Darris) and Landis Hensley, Jr. (Willis). He is also survived by six grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
