She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Kerr and Dorothy Norris Byrns Kerr; and also James O. Prather Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Richard Lee Puckett, Jackie Dale Prather, Sandy Johnson (Lawrence) of Horse Cave, KY, Lana Jo Carroll (Harold), Donald Lee Prather (Linda) of Napoleon, OH and James O. Prather, Jr.; her wife Nelda of Montpelier, OH; and also, Roy F. Prather (Sharon) and David R. Prather. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, 36 great-great-grandchildren The family will receive friends.
