He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Riggs and Myrtle Priddy Riggs. He is survived by: his brother Robert Riggs of Muldraugh, KY; his son Brandon Sparks of BayMinette, AL; his close friend Christa Sparks of Munfordville, KY; and his grandchildren, Caralynn Karma and Brandon Sparks. He is also survived by two sister in laws, also nieces and nephews.
The family request that the memorial contributions take the form of donations to the funeral home to pay for funeral expenses.
