He is survived by: his daughter Janet Ann Webb; his brothers, Donnie Ray Heath of Hodgenville, Alvin Heath of Hodgenville and Jack Heath of Upton; his grandchildren, Ricky Heath, Brian Hornback, David Childress, Travis Webb and Angela Webb; and his great grandchildren, William Webb, Kurtis Heath, Christina Hornback, Kelly Hornback and Grace Heath.
