She was predeceased by: her parents, Ossie Mathis and Bertha Hayes Mathis; and her husband Arthur Bowman Trulock. She is survived by: her daughters, Marilyn Trulock of Bowling Green, KY, Gail Norman of Bowling Green, KY and Sheila Minton (Bobby) of Munfordville, KY; her brother Thomas Henry Mathis of Munfordville, KY; her close friend James Atwell of Munfordville, KY; her grandchildren, Josh Shaw, Bobbie Jo Greenway (Jordan), Austin Minton, Ashley Cox and Ethan Cox; and her great grandchildren, Hunter, Phoenix, Lincoln, Ellison, Ira, Paul Jr. and Eliza. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
