We are sad to announce that on January 28, 2021, at the age of 80, John Smith of Munfordville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bubby Smith and Oris Butler Smith; and his siblings, Janetta Miller, Searoba Lawson, Janice McCorkle, Damon Smith, Jesse and Delmer Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Janice; his daughters, Melinda Branstetter (Billy) of Three Springs, Amanda Chaffin (Allen) of Rockfield and Cindy Hodges (Tommy) of Munfordville; his grandchildren, Nicholas Chaffin, Seth Hodges, John Thomas Hodges, Joey Branstetter, Emily Pike and Chad Chaffin; his great grandchildren, Carter Branstetter and Rylan Pike; and his siblings, Leroy, Billy, Sherman Smith of Tampa, FL, Imogene Carroll of Elizabethtown, Vanessa Waddell of Elizabethtown, Nina K. Smith of Elizabethtown and Beverly Shellenberger of Elizabethtown.
The family request that memorial donations be given to the Cosby Cemetery Fund.
