He is survived by: his children, Tammy Johnson, Patricia Isaacs, Kimberly O'Neal, James C. O'Neal, Jr. and Gary Wayne O'Neal; and his brother Robert O'Neal. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
