He is survived by: his siblings, Regina Humphrey of Munfordville, KY, Lanette Thomas, Anthony Thomas (Betty Lou) and Greg Thomas (Tina) of Munfordville, KY; his nieces and nephews, Angie Howard (Zack), Tiffany Thompson, Marcus Thompson, Anthony Thomas (Crystal), Derek Goode, Jessica Nunn (Johnathon) and Chaz Thompson; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Rylee, Emberlynn, Landyn, Easton, Alyssa, Coden, Allie, Hudsyn, Deen and Thatcher.
