He is survived by: his wife Gail Norman; his children, Casey Norman and Caden Norman; his stepson Josh Shaw; his parents, Phillip Norman and Anita Norman; his sisters, Chasity Hensley (Mark) and Angela Hodges; his nephew Eligh Hensley; and his close friend Anthony Miller. He is also survived by several cousins, aunts, uncles and many friends.
