He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Mack and Mattie Lively (Kessinger); his wife Beatrice Mae Caswell; his sisters, Maud Waddell and Ruth Evans; and his grandsons, Lincoln Lively and James Mitchell.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Lively Ecuador (Esperanza), Jimmy Lively and Debra Lively (Mark); his grandchildren, Jay Lively of Asheville, NC, Rhonda Rose Lively of Atlanta, GA, Tracy Lively Selby (Greg), Robin Lively Bradshaw of Glasgow, KY, Richard Sullivan of Louisville, KY and Mathew Sullivan; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Justin, Jacob, Frankie and Autumn; his great great grandchild Colton; and his sisters-in-law, Laverne Meredith and Jorene McCubbins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
