He was predeceased by: his father Michael Aaron Hawk. He is survived by: his children, Bethany Hawk (Dennie Bradham) of Upton, KY and Evan Hawk of Upton, KY; and his brother Billy Hawk (Marijke) of Elizabethtown, KY. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, and 2 Great-Grandchildren.
